DR. SHEEL
From the age of 5, Dr. Sheel was doing bodywork, helping his dad with his physical issues. He always wanted to help heal people, but the medical profession didn’t call to him and as he grew older, he didn't know what path to take in life. One day, while massaging his dad’s back, it was suggested that he become a chiropractor. It was like a bolt of lightning struck him and he knew his calling.
Born in India, raised in Canada, and currently living in Costa Rica, Dr. Sheel is one of less than 50 people in the world who are certified and practicing N.O.T. and one of the very few certified to teach it. He also has his Doctorate of Chiropractic and over 2000 hours of seminars which have given him a deep knowledge of complementary alternatives and a profound interest in physical, chemical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
Dr. Sheel is a man with one foot in the East and one in the West. He believes that there is a place for all therapies, the art however is in knowing which modality to use for the particular issue being addressed.
He is also the author of the book Let It Flow, and has traveled the globe to over 30 countries performing treatments, giving workshops and trainings, and volunteering in underdeveloped countries.
